In herrlicher Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Natur und Wetter befindet sich das Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist dabei der lichtdurchflutete Wintergarten.
It's just a great view of the dike from the room and you can keep busy there. The service and the food are and were, as always, super good. If you don't go to Neuwerk, you're really doing something wrong.
I can only say thank you very much for the lovely stay in April. The room (crow's nest) was fantastic. Lying in bed in the evening looking at the sea and watching the ⛴️🛥️ is simply a dream. Since the ship wasn't sailing, we were informed about it by the hotel two days before arrival (we had already seen it and had rebooked). Otherwise the hotel would have made sure that we could arrive differently. We thought this effort was great. As for the hotel, as I said, the room was fantastic. Ok, the sloping ceiling in the room was a bit narrow for me so I could walk through to the side. But that's a lot of mimimi... Breakfast was offered as a small buffet, it was classic North German, where else can you get herring salad for breakfast 💙. In the evening we ate in the restaurant, the herring platter was very tasty and recommended, but the Hamburger Schnitzel was also not without. There was always a good, large portion of fried potatoes. We will come back
Simply class, We found the restaurant by chance and were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. The food was really great and, above all, came really quickly. Staff was very nice and friendly, If we ever get lost on the island again, we will come to you straight away. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻
Anyone looking for relaxation will find it here. Very nice rooms, good breakfast, delicious home-baked cakes, good food. Many thanks to the hosts, the Griebel family and the friendly staff for a wonderful holiday.

Erholung ab Ankunft - warum nicht mal Neuwerk?
Ein inhabergeführtes Haus mit, im besten Sinne, familiärer und gäste-orientierter Atmosphäre, in dem wir uns auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt sehr wohl fühlten. Das liegt an aufmerksamem Personal und einem überdurchschnittlichen Service, der mit der telefonischen Beratung zu geeigneten Reisezeiten (Ebbe/Flut beachten!) und Anreisemöglichkeiten (unser Favorit: Wattwagen) begann. nUnser Wittsand-Zimmer hatte viel Licht, Platz und Meerblick zu 3(!) Seiten. Ein Raum zum Wohlfühlen, Weitblicken und Schmökern, zum Schiffe, Vögel oder Weidetiere beobachten.nNach unserem Geschmack gab es im „Anker“-Restaurant auch das beste Essen auf der Insel und sehr flexible, freundliche Bedienung.nDraußen warteten Liegewiese, Sauna, Schach und Leihfahrräder sowie ein gepflegter Blumengarten und ein Kinderspielhaus, abgesehen vom Deich direkt vor dem Vorderhaus, von dem aus die Vogelinseln und der Schiffsverkehr der äußeren Elbmündung zu sehen sind.
