Culinary insider tip: The smokehouse "Tüdelüt" in the garden of the Nige Hus

Hidden among the trees in the garden of the Nige Hus, is the smokehouse "Tüdelüt". Here real manual work is done to smoke salmon, halibut, butterfish and mackerel and bake bread in an oven made of old stones from the Neuwerk lighthouse. Our fried potatoes are prepared on site from jacket potatoes with bacon and onions in a large pan. We serve delicious grilled meat, sausages and various salads.

The buffet can be ordered by groups of 20 people or more and is charged at €38.50 per person. In good weather you can enjoy the food and the beautiful garden while sitting under the open roof of the Tüdelüt. The classic Tüdelüt buffet can be varied according to your wishes and can become an individual companion for your birthday party, company party or wedding.
