Friendly hosts on a very peaceful island. If you're looking for tranquility and want to truly unwind for a few days, this is the perfect place. The food in the restaurant is good, but not very varied for vegetarians. Considering the supply chains necessary for Neuwerk, it's a fantastic offer.

We're still here. We booked the Scharhörn suite and even extended our stay. It's simply wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and genuinely friendly. The restaurant is fantastic, and the fried potatoes are rightly touted as a specialty. Our accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. The view is absolutely breathtaking.

We had a fantastic stay. Communication was incredibly easy, even though we booked at very short notice. The service was phenomenal. We enjoyed a wonderful short trip to the Hamburg exclave.

We stopped here for lunch after Wattwanderung. Each of the ordered dishes was delicious. If we visit this area again then I hope to walk here from land again and try other meals 🙂 And the island is so quiet and beautiful!

I can only say thank you so much for the wonderful stay in April. The room (Crow's Nest) was fantastic. Lying in bed at night, looking out at the sea and watching the ⛴️🛥️ was simply dreamy. Since the ship wasn't running, the hotel informed us two days before our arrival (we had already seen the cancellation and rebooked). The hotel would have otherwise arranged alternative travel arrangements for us. We thought their efforts were excellent. As I said, the room was fantastic. Okay, the sloping ceiling was a bit narrow for me, so I had to walk through it sideways. But that's really nitpicking... Breakfast was offered as a small buffet; it was classic North German fare—where else do you get herring salad for breakfast? 💙 In the evenings, we ate at the restaurant. The herring platter was delicious and highly recommended, but the Hamburg schnitzel was also excellent. It always came with a generous portion of fried potatoes. We will definitely be back.
