Außergewöhnlich
Tolle Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Inhaber und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Erholung pur
Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit der Bahn ,konnten daher erst einen Tag später anreisen. Es war überhaupt kein Problem . Die Chefin und das Personal waren alle total nett. Das essen ist reichhaltig und super lecker. Wir haben auch die Sauna ausprobiert, ein Wahnsinns Erlebnis. Diese Fass Sauna ist echt süß. Auch der Außenbereich mit der Ausruhblase ist klasse . Da konnte man direkt von der Liege in den Sternenhimmel schauen. Das werden wir auf jedenfall noch einmal machen.
A truly outstanding restaurant! The fish dish (we had a fried fish platter) was absolutely fresh, perfectly prepared, and very flavorful. The fried potatoes were deliciously seasoned and nicely crispy. We were particularly impressed by the selection – everything from classic dishes to creative specialties was there. The cheesecake, which we also ate there, was fantastic. The service was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance is also very pleasant: a cozy, sheltered terrace with comfortable benches and tables. You immediately feel at home. The price-performance ratio here is absolutely perfect – for the quality of the food and the portions, it's more than fair. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Einzigartige Lage, Super- Ausblick aus jedem Fenster, sehr geschmackvolle und geräumige Hotelzimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, große Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage. Alle Wünsche wurden freundlich erfüllt. Fahrräder zu leihen war top, denn nach der langen Wattwanderung erleichterte es uns sehr, die Insel zu erkunden.

Das Familienzimmer hat uns am Besten gefallen. 2 Duschen im Bad, WC extra, die bequemen Schlafkojen, Kinderbetten sind vorhanden, der Wellnessbereich war super, gepflegter Garten, Fahrräder sind im Preis inbegriffen , sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne kleine Insel um für ein paar Tage mal zu entspannen.
What can I say – it was simply beautiful! We received a warm welcome at the hotel upon arrival. The entire team was always friendly, attentive, and patiently answered every question. Individual requests were also addressed immediately – you feel truly welcome here. Our room (number 2) was very comfortable, with a beautiful view and a modern bathroom. Everything was just perfect for us. We were also thrilled with the breakfast: a great selection, everything fresh, and the staff were always helpful. I particularly appreciated the little details that show how much attention is paid to guests here – for example, the automatic margarine and vegan curry spread I received at my second breakfast. Little things like that make all the difference and bring a smile to your face. The dining area is tastefully decorated – a successful blend of tradition and modernity. All in all, a wonderful stay. If we return to Neuwerk, this hotel will definitely be our first choice!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the terrace. The service was very friendly and professional – including wine recommendations! And we were thoroughly satisfied. It was lovely!
