In addition to our classic dishes, we also offer special culinary experiences: In our smokehouse “Tüdelüt” we smoke salmon, halibut, butterfish and mackerel and bake stone oven bread. At our grill we serve delicious steaks. An extraordinary highlight is our mudflat buffet “Wattoase”. Here you can enjoy freshly tapped beer or a glass of sparkling wine with your feet in the mud.
