Wir waren 4 Tage da, vom 14.07.- 18.07.22. Es war einfach eine traumhafte und erholsame Zeit. So einen schönen Urlaub hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr. Familie Griebel und auch die gesamten Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. Auch wenn viel Arbeit ist, man merkt es als Gast absolut nicht. Es ist jeder immer in allen Situationen freundlich. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage. DANKE 🤗

Wochenende in Neuwerk

Nach sehr schöner Wattwanderung von Sahlenburg sind wir nach 3 Stunden in Neuwerk angekommen . 3 unserer Gruppe hatten die Anreise mit dem Wattwagen vorgezogen nnWir haben ein Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmer angetroffen , alles in bestem Zustand .nnDas Abendessen , alle nach Karte bestellt , konnten wir die sehr gute schmackhafte Küche genießen.nAuch war es überhaupt kein Problem , nach 23 Uhr das ein oder andere Bierchen zu genießen .nnAuch das Frühstück bestens .nn…..wir kommen gerne wieder

A truly outstanding restaurant! The fish dish (we had the fried fish platter) was absolutely fresh, perfectly prepared, and very flavorful. The fried potatoes were deliciously seasoned and beautifully crispy. We were particularly impressed by the selection – from classic dishes to creative specialties, they had it all. The cheesecake we also had there was fantastic 😋. The service was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance is also very pleasant: a cozy, sheltered terrace with comfortable benches and tables. You immediately feel at ease. The value for money is excellent – for the quality of the food and the portion sizes, it's more than fair. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Wunderschönes Krähennest

Moin nach Neuwerk,
wir hatten als Zimmer das Krähennest.
Das Zimmer bietet einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Insel und den Schiffsverkehr. Sogar von der Dusche aus!
Zusätzlich haben wir noch einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang erlebt.
Das Hotelpersonal ist äußerst freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sehr sauber.
Das Essen war gut und das Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen.
Gerne wieder!

Leckeres Essen bei sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auf keinen Fall die Bratkartoffeln vergessen....mmmmhhh

Nette Leute, schöne Suiten, währschaftes Essen, moderate Preise

Wir fuhren bei fast Sturm dick eingemummt mit den Kutschen übers Watt und schauten schaudernd auf die in Abständen aufgestellten Körbe auf Pfählen für fast ersoffene Touristen, zu denen diese zum Trocknen hochkraxeln und auf den Seenotkreuzer oder Helikopter warten können. Die Fahrt durchs Watt dauerte 1 1/4 Stunden und war für uns Schweizer, Fuhlsbütteler und New Yorker wegen der Weite des Watts ein Erlebnis. Im Nigeghus angekommen, tauten wir erst mal mit einem Eisbrecher auf und genossen die Wärme der Gaststube und die Freundlichkeit des internationalen Personals. Die Suiten empfanden wir als sehr grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Essen war gut - hervorragend die Matjesbrote mit Neuwerker Aquavit und die Bratkartoffeln mit Zwiebeln und Speckstibbeln. Weniger gelungen die Jägerschnitzel, denen man anmerkte, dass die Neuwerker mit Robbenbänken vertrauter sind als als mit Rehen, Peperoni und Rahmsauce. Alles in allem ein wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt, die Wirtsleute liehen uns für die Rückreise sogar gewitterfeste Klamotten, die wir allerdings nur für die letzten 10 Minuten brauchten, als die Badegäste wegen Gewitters per Lautsprecher aufs Festland befohlen wurden.

Unbelievable!

In August 2024, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Nige Hus on the picturesque island of Neuwerk. As the sun set over the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Nige Hus was nothing short of exceptional. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. The hotel's location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.
Our room was comfortable, rustic, and clean. It offered all the amenities we could possibly need, plus beautiful views! One highlight of our stay was the breakfast each morning. The fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the variety of options available ensured a delicious start to the day. The hosts even took the time to recommend some local spots to visit. Lunch on the upper terrace was relaxing and the breeze was lovely. Can we say it enough?? - - Our stay at the Hotel Nige Hus was nothing short of spectacular! The combination of stunning natural beauty, excellent accommodations, and outstanding hospitality made it a trip to remember. We highly recommend Nige Hus to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Thank you to the wonderful hosts and the beautiful island of Neuwerk for an incredible stay!

Erholung pur mit wunderbaren Gastgebern

Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl ist dieses Hotel. Die Zimmer/Suiten ansprechend renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam und nett. Das Essen frisch und lecker. Auch der Kuchen ist so wie er sein soll! Dazu gibt es viel Ruhe. Die Anfahrt mit der Wattkutsche spektakulär. Ein absolut herrlicher Ort um runter zu kommen und abzuschalten.

Same small island, but worlds apart: While another restaurant couldn't cope with the rush and was plagued by obviously overwhelmed (because there were too few?) staff, switching to this place was more than worth it. Despite the high volume of customers, we received a warm welcome and very friendly service. And the food was exceptionally good. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent three nights at the hotel. The rooms are very nicely and modernly furnished, spacious, and clean. The staff was very friendly and even accommodated special requests (such as a second blanket). The breakfast was plentiful.

Wir wollten nur eine Nacht bleiben, aber es war so schön, dass wir einfach verlängern mussten! Wahnsinnig nette Gastgeber, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, leckeres Essen und Natur und Ruhe auf der Insel. Ein wunderbares Erlebnis!
