Sehr gut
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Fahrräder standen für die Hotelgäste kosten frei und unkompliziert zur Verfügung. Die hauseigene Bibliothek ist umfangreich und für jeden bestimmt was dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort genossen.
Außergewöhnlich
Es war wirklich großartig. Um all unsere Belange wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Wir konnten am Abreisetag 6 h länger im Hotelzimmer bleiben 😍
Erholung ab Ankunft - warum nicht mal Neuwerk?
Ein inhabergeführtes Haus mit, im besten Sinne, familiärer und gäste-orientierter Atmosphäre, in dem wir uns auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt sehr wohl fühlten. Das liegt an aufmerksamem Personal und einem überdurchschnittlichen Service, der mit der telefonischen Beratung zu geeigneten Reisezeiten (Ebbe/Flut beachten!) und Anreisemöglichkeiten (unser Favorit: Wattwagen) begann. nUnser Wittsand-Zimmer hatte viel Licht, Platz und Meerblick zu 3(!) Seiten. Ein Raum zum Wohlfühlen, Weitblicken und Schmökern, zum Schiffe, Vögel oder Weidetiere beobachten.nNach unserem Geschmack gab es im „Anker“-Restaurant auch das beste Essen auf der Insel und sehr flexible, freundliche Bedienung.nDraußen warteten Liegewiese, Sauna, Schach und Leihfahrräder sowie ein gepflegter Blumengarten und ein Kinderspielhaus, abgesehen vom Deich direkt vor dem Vorderhaus, von dem aus die Vogelinseln und der Schiffsverkehr der äußeren Elbmündung zu sehen sind.
A home away from home on Neuwerk, wonderful hosts and superb service staff, great restaurant – we had 4 fantastic days on the island.
I can only say thank you so much for the wonderful stay in April. The room (Crow's Nest) was fantastic. Lying in bed at night, looking out at the sea and watching the ⛴️🛥️ was simply dreamy. Since the ship wasn't running, the hotel informed us two days before our arrival (we had already seen the cancellation and rebooked). The hotel would have otherwise arranged alternative travel arrangements for us. We thought their efforts were excellent. As I said, the room was fantastic. Okay, the sloping ceiling was a bit narrow for me, so I had to walk through it sideways. But that's really nitpicking... Breakfast was offered as a small buffet; it was classic North German fare—where else do you get herring salad for breakfast? 💙 In the evenings, we ate at the restaurant. The herring platter was delicious and highly recommended, but the Hamburg schnitzel was also excellent. It always came with a generous portion of fried potatoes. We will definitely be back.

Ein perfekt erholsamer Urlaub mit super freundlichem Personal
Wir kamen mit der Pferdekutsche nach Neuwerk, wo uns das Hotelpersonal einen Platz reserviert hat. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Zimmer richtig groß, schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und die Insel konnte man komplett zu Fuß erkunden. Man hat das Auto gar nicht vermisst. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und vor allem erholsamer Urlaub. Noch ergänzend: Das Essen im anliegenden Restaurant war sehr sehr lecker! Ich würde jedem das Putensteack mit Pommes oder das Hamburgerschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln empfehlen!
Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich bei Familie Griebel herzlich willkommen. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt und man kann sich prima erholen. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, sauber und das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful
We had a great stay at Nige Hus and would love to go again! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and attractive. Breakfast is excellent. The attached restaurant is cozy and perfect for a chilly night on Insel Neuwerk. We sat by the wood stove and enjoyed many hot beverages mit was drin! Theres a tractor service to tow your bags to and from the hotel for you so you can walk there from the ferry unfettered. In rainy weather you can ride in a covered trailer to and from the ferry. Id definitely stay there again.
Hier fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause. Übernachtung, Essen, Ambiente sind top!!!
Gluten intolerance was taken into account when selecting the dishes. Friendly service. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Professionally managed.

Thank you so much, it was lovely, and the food in the restaurant in the evening was delicious. The rooftop terrace was very cozy.
